Available as fixed-dollar option under Investment Simplifier. Owner may elect to transfer fixed-dollar amount out of fixed account into specified sub-accounts on a monthly basis for specified number of transfers or to continue to make monthly transfers until all available amounts in fixed account have been transferred out. May not be available in conjunction with Asset Rebalancing program. Transfers made under the program does not count towards free transfer limit provided by Issuer. Only new purchase payments to contract are eligible to participate in this program. All contributions must be transferred into other sub-accounts within either six months or one year option as selected. Issuer requires a minimum contribution of $6,000 for 6 month option or $12,000 for 12 month option. Option is available for new purchase payments only. Issuer offers Customized Asset Rebalancing Program that allows rebalancing allocation and determine how often contract value in variable investment options will rebalance to that allocation.
