During accumulation phase, maximum amount that may be transferred from fixed account during a contract year is greater of - 1) $1,000, or 2) 25% of contract value. During income phase, limited to 1 transfer per year from fixed account; unlimited between sub-accounts; transfer to fixed account not permitted.
