General DCA is not available with Guaranteed Withdrawal Benefit for Life, 100% and 125% Principal Guarantee Benefit and Special DCA. For Guaranteed Withdrawal Benefit for Life & 100% Principal Guarantee Benefit, Issuer offers Fixed-Dollar Option and EQ/Moderate Allocation Portfolio for 125% Principal Guarantee Benefit.
