Description:
Contract offers a Base Account and an Income Advantage Account, they are different groupings of investment and insurance features. Issuer imposes charges of base contract for the portion of funds invested in Base Account and Income Advantage Account charges for the portion of funds invested in Income Advantage Account. Owner may allocate contract value to 15 selected sub-accounts. If an annuity option is not elected, Issuer will apply Life Annuity with five years of guaranteed monthly payments.
