Advanced Rate Annuity is a Single Premium Deferred Annuity. A policy can be purchased for $10,000 or more. There is a 10% annual free withdrawal of accumulated value. Systematic withdrawal, including minimum qualified distribution, is available. Advanced Rate Annuity has eight years of surrender charges that are waived in the event of a bail-out (rate declines to 4.5%), death, and entrance into a nursing home.
