Benefit description
The 10-Year Account Value Buffer Benefit will guarantee a credit to the contract value by applying the Benefit on the Benefit Date in the event contract value is below the Net Purchase Payments as of the Benefit Date. Benefit will never be greater than the Net Purchase Payments, the maximum amount of the Benefit will be equal to the Benefit Percentage (option 10% or 20%) selected of the amount of the Net Purchase Payments.
