DESCRIPTION
Issuer adds rollup booster of 1%, if the contract year began after the 10th anniversary of the rider effective date and there has been no excess withdrawal in any prior contract year. And the benefit booster of 0.50% to the benefit percentage if benefit start date is on or after the 10th anniversary of the rider effective date.
RESET NOTE
As of each contract anniversary that the rider is in effect and after any rollup amount for the prior contract year is credited, owner may elect or may request automatic reset, to reset the benefit base amount to the account value on that contract anniversary, if higher.
