The rider provides two options - 1) Life Income Benefit, which provides annual withdrawal amount for life; and 2) Withdrawal Benefit designed to provide a greater annual withdrawal amount as long as there is Protected Withdrawal Value. Each option will continue to be available as long as Annuity has an Account Value and the rider is in effect, if no option has been elected between the two.,An optional Auto Step-Up feature is available for this benefit. This feature may be elected at the time the benefit is elected or at any time while the benefit is in force. Initial Protected Withdrawal Value is determined as of the date first withdrawal is made under the Annuity following the election of Lifetime Five.
