SureIncome Withdrawal Benefit

The rider provides a guaranteed return of principal.,SureIncome Option may not be added to contract after Contract issue without prior approval of Issuer if Contract Value is greater than $1,000,000 at the time of request to add the option. Issuer uses benefit base only to calculate rider fee. On the rider date, benefit base is equal to the contract value, thereafter, increased for subsequent payments and reduced for withdrawals. This rider provides a Rider Trade-in Option under which owner can elect new option occur on or after the 5th calendar year anniversary of rider date.
