Highest Daily Lifetime Seven Income Benefit

The rider provides a guaranteed annual lifetime withdrawal benefit equal to a percentage of the initial benefit base. Lifetime Withdrawals can begin at any time.,If no Lifetime Withdrawals are made before the 10th anniversary of the rider effective date, policy value will be increased on 10th anniversary. On 10th anniversary, Issuer will add (1) policy value at issue and (2) sum of each Purchase Payment made in first year. If the sum of (a) and (b) is greater than Policy Value on the 10th Anniversary, Issuer will increase Policy Value to equal the sum of (a) and (b). The rider provides a death benefit in addition to the base contract death benefit.
