The rider provides a guaranteed lifetime withdrawals.,The opportunity to convert from the Guaranteed Minimum Income Benefit (GMIB) to Guaranteed Withdrawal Benefit for Life (GWBL) is the contract date anniversary following age 85. Conversion of guaranteed minimum income benefit to a Guaranteed Withdrawal benefit for life is not allowed if withdrawals in excess of guaranteed annual withdrawal amount as such withdrawals may significantly reduce or eliminate the value of the GWBL benefit. IRA or NQ contract may be convert GMIB to a Joint life GWBL. Owner must affirmatively request that the benefit be converted and spouse must be at least age 70 on the Conversion effective date. If the younger spouse is younger than 70 as of the Conversion effective date, the election of Joint life will not be available, even if the contract was issued to spousal joint owners. Guaranteed minimum death benefit that is in effect before the conversion of the GMIB to the GWBL will continue to be in effect after the conversion. If owner takes no action during the 30 days after the conversion effective date, and permit GMIB to convert to GMWB for life automatically, Issuer will reallocate any portion of account value invested in investment options other than those available under option a to the AXA Balanced Strategy Portfolio as part of the automatic conversion. Joint life TSA contracts are not permitted. For NQ contracts with two owners, benefit cannot be elected if the owners are not spouses. This benefit is not available under an Inherited IRA contract and for Joint Life QP and TSA contracts are not permitted in connection with this benefit.
